Did you like Chobits, but wish it was five minutes longer and that those five minutes focused on the mini-persocons, Sumomo and Kotoko? If so, Chibits is the thing for you.

Otherwise, this probably won't make any sense. It's basicall the two mini-personcon girls from Chobits trying to make a delivery to Chi despite the fact that they're very small. Five minutes is the ideal length for something like this, as any longer would probably have stretched the joke to its breaking point (but see Adventures of the Mini-Goddesses as a counterexample).

I guess it's somewhere between okay and good, depending on how big of a Chobits fan you are. It's hard to rate something that's only five minutes long.
