Sensei no Ojikan was a relatively late pickup, as the fansubs only started a few weeks into the season. It's a somewhat funny show about a Mika-sensei, a schoolteacher who is apparently trapped in the body of an elementary school student. She teaches a class of stereotype students.
What do I mean by "stereotype students"? Well, each of them embodies some sort of character archetype. You have the class president, the manga artist, the lesbian, the old man, the pretty boy and the gay guy that lusts after him, the cross-dresser, and many more.
Each episode consists of a series of short vignettes in which Mika-sensei encounters one or more students, something funny happens, and then we move on to something else. I seem to recall that this was basend on a four-panel comic, and it shows in the pacing of the show. Don't expect a deep story arc from this one.
An example joke is that she catches the manga artist drawing a comic on the back of his test. He asks if she's about to scold him, and she responds that she used to do that, but now she wants to see how the comic ends. (from memory, as I don't recall what episode this is from. details may vary.)
The fourth episode is divide in two parts, covering the summer break. In the first part, Mika-sensei goes out shopping with her father, and encounters a bunch of students along the way. She has short interactions with each. In the second half of the episode, the students convice her to go to the festival with them.
The animation isn't very good, but acceptable for a funny show of this sort. The humor isn't really all that great either. While it was funny at times, there was no point at which I felt like laughing out loud.
I'll rate this episode, and what I've seen of the show so far, okay. It's pleasant enough to watch, but not something worth going out of your way to acquire.
